It is pretty bad. Was in Matalan buying a winter coat and my dad was driving home and you could not see the garage in Nythe and Dorcan School.

 Its scary,could see what was on either side of the road on the way to work this morning.It was also really slippery on our path outside my house and I nearly fell straight up on my arse.Its getting colder too.I had a scarf,gloves,t-shirt and 3 jumpers on this morning and my teeth were still chattering.Although we should'nt really moan as it hasnt really rained much......I hope I have not just jinxed it. |

I love the fog, dunno why just do. Walking in fog is good fun, especially if its somewhere you know well, and it then takes on a completely different aspect.....for example Barbury is somwhere I regularly go for walking.....its at its best at night or in fog. Driving is a bummer though.....anyone recall the journey back from Bormuff in 95? |

Another classic football fog, was v Bradfrod City about 88 or 89.
David Elleray had to abandon it with us 3-0 up and about 30 mins to go......thickest I've ever seen, you could hardly see the end of your arm.

Didn't get abandoned but the fog was bad Yep it got bad, started off OK and deteriorated....the rules are if the ref stands on the half way line and can see the goals you can play....the fans couldn't see much but there was enough visibility to get through. That was the game when Deadly Duncan Shearer scored from way out on the touchline in front of Shrivenham Road about 40 metres out , when he closed down a player blocked his hoof, and the ball sailed off into the TE goal  |
