i heard it as well, my instant reaction was "that's sealed it then".
meh, i don't care if williams or sturrock is the manager - i'll still keep going. although i'd much rather sturrock was in charge.

Same. I'm a Swindon fan and whether we have Wenger or King, playing Barnet or Barcelona I'll always go to home games. Away games though ....

I rather enjoyed not going today. Stayed in bed until 3pm walked the pooches in the afternoon Sun and listened on the radio.Saved myself £40ish quid and ate pie

I always thought I would be a town fan to the day I die, but there has just been so many downs that I am really questioning why I bother....with the current set up I cant see us progressing any further, we are only going to go backwards
I can go somewhere local and watch wilts prem for about 3 quid, the games are shite, the pitches are shite and the grounds are shite....but hey....its not that much different in League Two

Why don't you all just fuck off then? 'I'm not coming back if we don't improve/sack the board/get a new manager, etc, etc, etc.......
I'm not lucky enough to live in or near Swindon. It takes me an hour and a half to two hours to get there, but I'll be back next week and To Torquay and God forbid, even if we were in the Conference. Swindon are MY team. I've had the up side: Two Wembley play off wins and some lovely football under Ossie and Hoddle, and now I'm having to suffer the down side.
If you don't like supporting a team that is poor, why don't you fuck off and support Chelsea. Then you can support Man Utd if Chelsea don't win enough this season.
Moaning cunts. Call yourselves supporters? You're a fucking joke.

its not the poor club form thats annoying me, its the total lack of ambition and progress made by the current board.
We have only gone backwards under them and it doesnt look like its going to change, their decision making has been fucking awful for years and its all been penny pinching. This wont get us anywhere....
Last season they dropped a bollock by not getting a proper manager in, yes it was all great they bought Wise in for this season but they could and should have done more to prevent us ending up in this crap league.
Far be it for me to bring out the how many games line, but I did 41 of the 46 league games last season and have only missed one this season....spent loads of money and my time following this club who dont have the same ambition and standards as I have. So dont tell me I'm not a fan because I'm pissed off with my club.

Pissed off|? Fine. I don't think there's many Swindon fans who aren't. But to say that you'll stop supporting your club because things aren't going the way you'd like is just wrong. If everyone did that, Swindon would have gone bust years ago.
