Lil Fuccillo was in charge of Luton for a year, he was of Italian decendancy, albeit born in the UK. Other than that.... Adi Williams?

Osvaldo Ardiles Gudjon Thordarson Dario Gradi
To name a few but there's not been many foreign managers in the lower leagues full stop.
Aside from the Argie at the Pox how many have failed?

Didn't Poxford have that Argentinian bloke for a bit? The one who wasn't actually allowed to work over in England? ?

There was that French geezer, Claude le Wotsit, at Cambridge. That wasn't exactly a Wenger-like parade of success.

should we risk taking a foreign manager at english basement football level? if gradi is foreign he is the only decent one on here so far.ossie doesn't count for me as we we were knocking on the door of the top flight when he came here and i wouldn't class that as lower league

Yes. He may be foreign but he has played here and his playing style was very english.
Contacts may be an issue to start with but we dont need loads of players right now.

That bloke at Notts County last season was foreign. Almost got them relegated.
