Any idea when hes due back? I've just noticed Weston picked up a 1 match ban for his delightful brawl-starting-double-footer on saturday.

Fair play to nicho as well, having their player by the throat and not getting booked for it

He playe d a bit on the reserves midweek along with an unnamed trialist. But the match report goes on to say "Midfielder Paul Evans was withdrawn from the action just before half-time with Chris Allen coming on in his place."

Before half time? Is he injured again?

No handbags. No histrionics to draw attention. Just made his point ... and shuffled off quietly to hide behind Williams Soapy Tit Wank Funniest thing was their lot pointing at him and telling the ref to book him.

Seriously though their guy pushed his head into Nicho's face. He could have had him sent off if he'd thrown himself to the floor.

i saw him about 11ish on saturday, he was in his kit with andy caton - christ knows why, thought he might have had a fitness test but i had left by then.

we need him back asap, pook will need a steadying influence alongside him next week after saturday's abject display.

if 18 is still the legal age for buggery, then he is indeed.

According to the Sexual Offences Act 2003 it looks like it's 16

Quote

9       Sexual activity with a child

         (1) A person aged 18 or over (A) commits an offence if-

      (a) he intentionally touches another person (B),

      (b) the touching is sexual, and

      (c) either-

            (i) B is under 16 and A does not reasonably believe that B is 16 or over, or

            (ii) B is under 13.

         (2) A person guilty of an offence under this section, if the touching involved-

      (a) penetration of B's anus or vagina with a part of A's body or anything else,

      (b) penetration of B's mouth with A's penis,

      (c) penetration of A's anus or vagina with a part of B's body, or

      (d) penetration of A's mouth with B's penis,

is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years.

         (3) Unless subsection (2) applies, a person guilty of an offence under this section is liable-

      (a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or both;

      (b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years.

I'm no lawyer but it looks like the old excuse of I met her in a nightclub and she told me she was 18 gov looks like it might work.

It's good to be clear on these matters.

Evans was running around the pitch with Caton Saturday morning, so I'd presume we'll be seeing him sooner rather than later.
