TeamTalk - New Swindon director Martyn Starnes insists the club's new manager must be "a winner" and that big name bosses are "no guarantee for success.Starnes, whose appointment was announced at the club's Annual General Meeting (AGM), is keen for Town to take their time in finding the right man and believes a household name may not necessarily be the answer.

why? they clearly state that they will be giving interviews to applicants and if they show the right credentials they will be given the job
