Always interesting to see how we rate games differently.

Phil Smith 7. No mistakes, kicking mostly good.
Jack Smith 7. Solid and supported attacks well at times.
Williams  5.  A few not-so-good clearances, and "the mistake" .
Nicholas  8. Our best defender today, very determined.
Vincent 6. O.K., considering he was injured and nearly did not play.
Shakes 5. Never got really going and poor control.
Weston 7. Very skilled and active, but final pass or shot often U.S.
Pook 6. Worked hard and some good passes, but  faded.
Brown 6. Did some very good work, but did not finish effectively.
Peacock 7. Excellent midfield and hold-up work, but never looked like scoring.
Onijube 6. (8 for flashes of great skill, speed, and nuisance value.
4 for ability to score. Average 6.)

I wouldn't disagree with too much of that though maybe Brown ws worth a 5 as he was a bit like Ricky....frustrating.

P.Smith - 7 - Wasn't really troubled, but looked solid i.e. when catching any attempted crosses.
J.Smith - 7 - Worked hard and got forward as much as possible. Crossed the ball well.
Vincent - 5 - Didn't allow his man to get past him, but distribution was poor and also stood off his man a bit to much.
Williams - 7 - Was a rock all game apart from the one mistake which ultimatly led to the goal.
Nicho - 6 - Won his fair share of headers, but i personally prefer him at left back.
Shakes - 6 - I thought he put in a decent performance. Should have scored IMO, but did link up well with the likes of Smith and Pook/Weston.
Brown - 6 - A good first half performance, but i felt he was poor in the second half. Should cross it more instead of turning his back to goal and playing it back...
Pook - 5 - Didn't really get into the match. Why can't he perform how he did just the other week?
Weston - 8 - I thought he was brilliant and now i think of it, maybe just edged being MOTM. Worked hard and used the ball well.
Onibuje - 7 - Would have been MOTM (In my opinion) if he managed to convert a few of his chances. Worked hard and showed some neat skills.
Peacock - 7 - Worked hard as always, but didnt really look like scoring. Did well with the ball at his feet and used it well.

Smith - 6 - Had nothing much to do, but his kicking was very poor. Could of commanded his area better aswell.
J Smith 8 - Done good again. One of the unsung players of the season
Nicho - 7 - Suprisingly good. Looked assured.
Williams -5.5- Worst ive seen him play. Probably has too much on his plate at the moment. Looked like it was his fault for their goal aswell.
Vincent - 5 - Didn't play well. Hoofed the ball too much, gave it away alot, and very reluctant to get forward.
Shakes - 5 - Annonymous, apart from his token missed chances.
Weston - 8-  MOTM for me. Looked assured on the ball, and very hungry in the tackle.
Pook - 6 - Went missing a little, when he needed to stand up and be counted.
Brown - 4 - Perhaps a bit harsh, but IMO was the worst man on the field today. Gave the ball away almost as much as vincent, and fucked up everytime he got in a crossing position. Was impressed with him last season, but has been a huge dissapointment so far this.
Peacock - 6 - Did well with the little service he had. Held the ball up well.
Fola - 6 - Had nuisance factor. Just cant header/shoot

Overall, dissapointing performance. A little dissapoointed with the crowd aswell. Good untill they scored, then silent thereafter.

Why does everyone continue to bum Peacock? He gives away shit loads of free kicks and mouths off to the officials all them time- this is not hard work it's just sheer uselessness. Please don't "do a Gurney" and confuse his goalscoring ineptitude with doing well.

You all admitted he never looked like scoring. Not much cop for an effing striker.

Phil Smith 6 Good handling, tidy kicking and surprisingly good in the air for a "short" 'keeper. Looks about 50 years old though.
Jack Smith 7 Our best player yesterday, up and down the right-flank and equally effective on the attack as defending.
Ady Williams 5 Struggled with his dual role as player/manager. Poor in the air and lacked his usual leadership skills, which seems bizarre given he's manager now. We need him on the pitch, not on the sidelines.
Andy Nicholas 6 Solid and worthy of a starting place at left-back, although his headers kept going straight up in the air as opposed to away from the area.
Jamie Vincent 4 Very disappointing, awful passing and ineffective defensively.
Ricky Shakes 5 Got into the game at times but struggled for the most part. Still a better option on the right than Brownlie.
Michael Pook 4 Completely anonymous. Without people like Ince, Wise and Poyet around him I can see him going backwards.
Curtis Weston 7 Worked hard, got stuck in and defended and attacked admirably.
Fola Onibuje 5 Caused trouble but could have spent all week out there and not managed to score.
Lee Peacock 4 Poor, waste of space. At least Fola got in the right places to miss the chances.

Only one challenging the defenders, only one up top working. Good hold up play and range of passing.

Without him everything lumped forward would come straight back at us

Smith - 7 - didnt put a foot wrong
Smith - 7 - Our best player, by miles.
Williams - 5 - Shakey, worst performance in a town shirt. Mind clearly else where
Nicholas - 6 - Solid, but his defensive headers scare the shit out of me
Vincent - 5 - HOOOF!
Shakes - 4 - Not a pro footballer
Pook - 5 - effort, but not much else
Weston - 7 - Looked lively and got about both in defense and attack
Brown - 4 - worthless
Onibuje - 5 - Wasted some glorious chances. Should have finished the game as the hero with a couple of goals.
Peacock - 6 - Workrate was there, as said above....came cloest to scoring

he works hard, runs a lot, challenges players - so did hewlett.

we rarely won second balls so the ball invariably came back at us anyway.

Poor old Brown. If Fola had converted his  great low cross perhaps  some would have different opinions. Brown had an unfit  Vincent behind him  who stayed well back, gave no help, and hoofed it most of the time. He was unlucky a few times overrunning trying to get to the byeline and pull it back, no one else tried this as I remember it. Frustrating I would call him, not shit. Shakes did nothing, he was shit IMO.

I thought the game against Lincoln was poor. We created some good chances but apart from that we looked slow and off the pace. I know it has been a difficult week but there were a couple of players who looked out of sorts.Especially Jamie Vincent who could not pass the ball, He instead of playing it short to Aaron Brown would keep hitting it into the channels for Fola to chase after.Brown and Shakes didnt really get much of a run on at there full backs, Pook looked lost at times.Apart from that thought Smith and weston were good.
Lincoln were not to bad but on our day we would of beaten them.
