Cmon the Town ! Gotta go to the gym.....Mrs NMH wants me to be Mr No More Fatboy so has booken me onto 'The Biggest Loser' program !  Will read the reports when I get back. NMH  I'm going to buy a treadmill this afternoon... :? We bought an elliptical trainer....After a couple of weeks it turned into an ornament ! :x cul8r NMH Ah, but long-term its cheaper than a gym. One treadmill = 4 months gym subscription. |
