Binge drinking is where you drink so much you're unable to stand. Everyone knows this.

I once drank loads one night. then got up the next day went to the pub and became blind halfway through my first pint. That was a bit scary.

This idea is just stupid, a tax increase will not stop teenagers drinking as anyone should realise. This women should be sacked immediately for being so fucking stupid.
