As much as i'd like to see Sturrock become our manager, i doubt he'd be looking for a move to a club, so soon after getting the sack.

Not sure how accurate it is, but someone on MOS said Sturrock was on TalkSport saying he wanted the job.

  yeah to be fair though i think the presenter mentioned that one though and Iffy said "i wouldn't be surprised if it happened" he reckons the club are really looking at another high profile manager. maybe he knows something?

Frankly I'd rather Williams were permanent than get Robson on board.

I'd sooner us have an unproved manager as opposed to a manager who's proved to be crap at his job.
