Yes he is a cunt.

But at least my evening has been brightened by some perception from lumpyblahblah.

Makes more sense in about two posts than most will manage, ever.

Can't say I'm that bothered myself. Not sure I'd go as far as to call him a cunt, but let him fuck of to Leeds if thats what he wants, something tells me he's in for a rough ride (7 or 8 managers in last 10 years there). All the recent behind the scenes shit seems a like a rather convenient excuse for some people to let him off the hook. I wonder what would have happened if none of this board stuff had gone on and Leeds had still come looking....??

We are the biggest club in this league (a look at the average attendances bare that out) and would, I believe be there or thereabouts whoever was in charge. I have remained underwhelmed by our performances this season, our efforts at Shrewsbury were frankly embarrasing at times (constant time wasting, falling over, shit passing, sitting too deep) and not for the first time were lucky to win. I applaud Dennis's work ethic for sure, but he's hardly a tactical genius. Once things settle down I don't honestly think we'll miss him that much.
The compensation money will come in useful too. Cheers Dennis, nice knowing you and all. See you next season at the CG!

I think they are both 1st class wankers.

Coming here saying "we want to start at the bottom and learn how to manage etc" and starting to rebuild a team then fucking off to Leeds who have had possibly one of the worst starts to the season.

I know its bettering their career etc. however I don't give a shit from their perspective, just from a supporters point of view and IMO they've completely fucked us over.

My concern however is with Christian.  Wise and Poyet seemed to take him under their wing and things started to look up.  I just hope that he can pick himself up and get on with it however I think it may not be the case.

For what its worth, when he said he was here to do a job he had a competent management team in Devlin, Mike Sullivan and financial backing with Bill Power. This has since gone - the boards acting like schoolchildren at every turn, theres no finacial backing at all, they're shedding staff at every opportunity and its a club in reverse - not the platform he came here to work with - in fact, the complete opposite. This is purely and simply a consequence of the mess the board have made of our club over the last few weeks and the fact that at the moment, the Leeds job is the most coveted around. Sundays papers (the broadsheets, not the rags) were saying 3 premierhsip managers (supposedly Pardew, Dowie and one other) were interested - that proves the draw of the job. I'm absolutely GUTTED, but every now and again we have to look atbthis from afar - any manager would've doen the same. What we cannot stand for is Tuttle being appointed - santini made a point that we need the continuity of Tuttle and Lee to do what Wise and poyet were doing, but on that basis, shouldn't Tuttle have done better at Millwall - he was clearly doing something different there.

There are better men for the job out there.

Aye up, I know your all pissed off, but I can tell you that maj of Leeds fans don't want him here!!!  Chelsea connections etc etc, whinning moaning nasty little shit etc etc.  He was NOT the choice of the fans, BUT, he is now the new manager and for that I'll support him.  Can tell you though, he's gonna be on a real tight schedule to do something right.  I'd hate to be him in the dug out when the Revie starts on him..   You never know, he may even beat Cloughs 40 days!!

Armley...what pees me off is not that he's going but it is yet another example of saying one thing and doing another. I know all the stories about we'd all do it etc but I do hate a hypocrit.

He said when he came here that he wanted to work from the bottom up, then jumps ship when a bigger job came along. He also slated Sean O' Hanlon when he left us for Franchise about lack of loyalty or something similar (like going back on his word) AND slated a current player, Aaron Brown, for not being committed to the cause when he wanted to leave us when we were relegated.

These three things have left a bitter taste in my mouth.

You are welcome to him and I would love to see him fail - not because I want Leeds to fail but I don't like someone who says one thing and does another - top hypocrit.

Nice one Dennis, it's not the fact that you've gone that people are necessarily upset about, that's football. It's that you've shown your true colours and are a hypocrit.
