Fuck I feel like I'm been torn in half from the bottom up, my arse won't stop bleeding, I can't sit down, and I'm due in Pompey in an hour. How the fuck can I drive? My housemates aren't in.... Will someone take a look at my arse? This is absolute agony. It started when I was kickboxing... just randomly.

depends if its coming out your arse, if it is the get yourself to the hospital. like brighton says it could be a GI Bleed which needs medical treatment. I would suggest ringing NHS Direct and seeing what they say but im pretty sure they will tell you to get down to A&E. hope it gets better
