I changed all of towns players to my mates names, upped their stats, gave Town more hardcore fans and now I'm 4th in league one in my 2nd season with an average attendance of 10k.
Won CL2 with 107 points and a GD of +65.
I have got a serious game going aswell - much harder!

Well in FM06 I got swindon to the premiership in 4 seasons, went back down then back up, got to the UEFA cup final, had some ace players (Kolo Toure, Vaz Te, Montolivio, Darryl Knights) and then the save game corrupted.
It was the most devastating moment of my adult life (yes i've had it pretty easy), and I couldn't be arsed with the lower league struggle this time.

Tip, if you have a 25 - 30+ player on high wages. Then keep offering him lower contracts with high playing bonus. Eventually it gets down to £100, £200 and he'll accept nearly anything with no playing bonus.
I manage to get Monkhouse, Williams, Wise who was on 4K down to £150 a week.

Ive spent the past 8 hours on this today, yes i have had a day of from work so i decided to play FM07 all day.
Ive played near a whole season today, started mid table, went on a 22 game unbeaten streak till about mid jan/feb which put me in 1st only 7 point clear, have been a bit on and off form since, with only 6 games left im still top but the results havent been so great.
Should gain promotion, but i am not happy with the board, they are not giving me a transfer budget and they are loweing my wage budget. fuckers.
I think they are pissed at me for trying to get a job a newcastle. haha
all in all a good days work.
