Yeah the same problem I had.
In the end I just switched my router off and on again to renew my IP after each download. If you don't have a router then go to start>run then type "cmd" (without the quotes)
then "ipconfig /release"
then "ipconfig/renew"
I'm upping it now but it will take 3 hours, so I think I will abort that :|

"ipconfig/flushdns" first! (before the other 2 commands)
