Whats the best league to with, and what teams are good

I'd recommend the German Leagues.  For the ararchist within you, you can be St Pauli, but maybe a Second Div team like Karlsruhe will get you going OK.  If Koln are Div 2, they could be worth a go.  I'm currently 4th with Rostock in early November.

I'm doing fairly well, in my first season i finished top of league two, half way through the current season i am top of league one.

My starting eleven is:-

Ali Al-Habsi
Dider Agathe
Dominic Matteo
Ashley Westwood
David Sommeil
Dickson Etuhu
Gary Dempsey
Darren Currie
Lee Holmes
Robbie Fowler
Chris Porter

I've got a few decent reserves such as Steve Watson, Dean Lewington, Mo Camara, Magnus Hedman, Stephen Ward, Charlie Mulgrew, Michael Kightly etc.

Hoping to get into the championship and sign some better players.

Yes it is quite large, however james wills has just taken over the club and cleared debts etc and i got promoted to the championship via the playoffs after beating scunthorpe in the final.

Going to have a good clear out and get some decent players in otherwise i will end up back in league one.

Those that fancy giving the graphical side of the game a revamp then I recommend this pack. It is BIG (925mb or something) but includes stadium backgrounds, new player pictures, new kits, logo's etc.

Just follow the instructions.

Bin ages since this has been update so i will fill you in on whats happened since my last game dissapeared.

I started a few games but none i could really get into, trying MLS/German League/etc

Finaly got a game going with Juve, blitzed the 1st season as expected and got promoted into Serie A, not a lot to report, made a few signings, Rick Kruys was the main one, a stiker who did wonders for me as del piero was injured for a majority of thr first season.

1 season in serie a i finished 3rd just behind Inter and AC so respectable, slowly getting rid of all the italians in my team, buying in O'shea and ferdinand, tainio, tumerun and a few others. also gambled with a 16 year old finish lad dalle valle  (i think) who in at 18 had mega stats allready so i assumed in a few years would be a world class player as he allready had a value of 6m.

Unfortunatly my 3rd season at Juve went a bit downhill, with trezugey and delpiero both getting on a bit and the transfer window comming to a close, i made a rash desicion of paying 20m for rossi (very bad move) he was utter utter shit, i ended up training freddy adu as a forward who did well.
I ended up finishing 8th that season and was given a warning and a few days later sacked.
I took a job at napoli and was given a nice transfer budget, buying in dave nugent and ebi smolarek as my 2 main purchases, tried to being the your finnish star with me but juve wouldnt sell, later in the season and at only 19 went to Real Madrid for 25Mil, at this point having stats of near enough 17/18/19/20's give him a few more years and he will be one of the best, im just gutted i couldnt keep him, i was well chuffed finding him

Im in about October in my 1st season as napoli and having a supprisingly good start leading for a majority of it, but now in 3rd, will see how the rest of the season goes.

Im currently in my 3rd season with Borussia Dortmund, finished 2nd in my first season with a massive £300k transfer budget and then won the first division title in my 2nd season.

I highly recommend a young Czech forward called Tomas Necid, signed him for £300k and he scored 18 goals in 13 starts.

All my players rate my club as 'successful' yes little old Dorchester Town, first season i managed a Conference South playoff place by goal difference! but lost out in the semi finals to Sutton Utd 2-1 agg they went on to get promotion.

And in my second season i've got about 10 games to go and im 3rd, and just beaten the league leaders (only f/t team) Gravesend 2-1, i had a awesome 10 game unbeaten streak with 6 conseq. clean sheets  Cheesy

And i've done it all without any money, ive just found some peachy free transfers colin carr-lawton, greg young, john sutton on the freebies, any non leaguers look them up!  Cool

I'm back down to cm4 (02/03, first one with the pitch view on matches). Rinsing out Chester stupidly. Won the Conference with 104 points in my first season (there's only 22 teams so 4 less matches than the football league).

I'm now destroying the third division. Just had a mental match against Macclesfield

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/cm4mac.jpg

And 2 strikers on 20 goals each before Christmas.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/cm4goals.jpg

Crazy days.

To be fair Daryl Clares goals are exaggerated a bit by the 4 in that Macclesfield game and the 5 he scored against someone else.

Still ace though.

Started a season with Boca Juniors. Rodrigo Palacio is ace on this game. Trying to get Riquelme back and the fans think it is a good idea.
