TVR?
As English as Yeltsin, a mate has one and we take great pleasure winding him up about his glorified Lada

A little research seems to suggest that it is a British firm?
Started by a geezer called Trevor Wilkinson?

Started by a geezer called Trevor Wilkinson? Indeed but a bit like Chelski they’re now owned by the Ruskies, bought last year. Unfortunately aforementioned friend tends to whinge incessantly about it devaluing the ‘brand’ much to our amusement.

It was totally British - then recently bought by a Russian kiddy with a rich daddy, who said "Ve vill keep production in Blackpool".
And now its moving abroad sacking all its workers. Git :x
That leaves Noble then - who are simply superb.

I'm just pleased I managed to join in a car thread for once without looking to much of a tit.

Failed in rather spectacular fashion even if I do say so myself. Following an arctic out of the test centre, why it was there I do not know. First stop sign and the arctic blocks the road in front to turn, I stop short of the white line and back of the arctic by two metres or so as it’s turning. Instant fail in under a minute for failing to stop at a stop sign. Not one minor either. To be fair he I had checked the road and had good visibility where I stopped but you can’t do that sort of thing until you’re passed he said. Week on Friday is the next attempt.

That's a bugger. Lorry drivers seem to have a different set of road rules to the rest of us though.
Maybe set yourself a target as an incentive: To pass before Sade..?
Good luck for the next test.
