Got a new yesterday. The 8GB Creative Zen Microphoto. This with FM Radio. Having problems putting songs on to player. Done everything in the book. I nearly threw a fit yesterday. Help please.

Ultra, I bought my Mrs one of those for her birthday and had the same problems. Does your PC have XP service pack 2? if not it wont work :x Eventually I got round it by taking mine round a mates house (his pc has SP2) taking all the music off mine on his his PC then onto her zen. proper pain in the arse. Sadly XP SP2 makes my PC die completley. (any ideas geeks?) |
