It wouldnt technically be a rule change, it would just be getting them done for bringing the game into disrepute. Just like Thatcher, and Just like Man Citys very own "Mooney" will get!

the guy conned the ref. watching the game i seen the incident first time form a distance watching out the corner or my eye and thought 'pen' straight away. looking at it again i seen how rediculous it was and the ref had been conned.

three match bans should be given for situations that can't even really be argued for the player (like this) straight away.
