I personally think that Wise would of quit by now if he ever had any plans of doing so. All the stuff thats gone on seems to be dying down a little now and i think with Bob Holt quitting it was quite possibly a him or me ultimatum and Bob chose to resign rather than be sacked.

I feel Wise is a man of his word and shouldnt leave until at least Christian Roberts wins his bet!

Anyone elses thoughts.......?  Cheesy

I think he'll definately see the season out now.  He's invested a lot into the squad and has never been one to do a runner mid-season.  Well at Millwall anyway where he left at the end of.

as ive said time and time again, he wont leave any time soon because winning games and keeping us near the top is the best thing he can do for his long term job prospects

you think there may of been an ultimatum issued?

to be fair to bob holt he was a bit of a numpty and all that but its not as if he stole money or anything, and after years of numptyness why resign now?

I'd have thought something along those lines but a "he goes or I walk" scenario maybe pushing it a little.

Bob, for all his woes of the past week was from the old school so it's a shame he was put in that position in the first place and  it could well have been the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak.

Going to be interesting to see who shuffles up to the parapet next.  With Sandy in hospital and Mark facing an internal enquiry on his return it leaves just Willie and James Wills operational.    Willie with his racing commitments looks an unlikely choice and James Wills has never been a public face before.

Ben Lambert maybe? Working at the club on marketing at the mo, Dunwoody employee so from the "right fit", and, to be fair, a good communicator.

this ben lambert seems to be the new kid on the block, surely this can't all be down to the fact he's banging the fook out  of Mike D's daughter.

Nah, he's been around for a while, just only fairly recently "come out" in terms of people knowing about him. He was the guy who did the organising on getting people distributing leaflets to schools for the Kids for Schools thing last season. Did a good job too. (See, I can be objective about Dunwoody!)  Cheesy
