Well at least he's done the decent thing to be honest, have to pay respect to the guy for that. After all, at least he put himself infront of the fans unlike any of the other board members apart from Devlin?

Swindontownfc.co.uk can confirm that Bob Holt has this afternoon resigned from his position of non-executive director.
The 57-year old had been a member of the Town Board since 2001 but following comments made before last night's draw at Wycombe Wanderers, Holt offered his resignation to the Board in an open letter and has now departed from his duties at SN1.
Bob Holt
Holt had fulfilled a number of roles during his County Ground tenure, including a spell as Chief Executive.
The club would like to place on record their appreciation for all Bob's hard work and wish him every success for the future.
Bit of a suprise there then. I would guess some views were exchanged today but who knows. personally I thought it was worse to blame via the media somebody on sick leave for problems. Maybe the Wise friction was the straw that broke the camels back. |
