we arnt scoring enough goals, but we have scored in everygame but one.
But we don't kill a game. There has hardly been a time this year when we have felt comfortable going into the last 10 minutes because we have not gone on to increase our lead. Until last night we had done well to defend and stop late goals going in but if it is going to happen we need to make sure we stop that losing us points

No, but we've scored more the team we are playing in 7 out of 11.

Come on fella's I can't really see how you can argue against the point that we are toothless up front.  For all of their hard work we haven't got a natural finisher in the squad.

As for Mooney, I kinda respect the guy after tuesday, he loves his football.  Hated the bloke for 90 minutes but fair's fair he had the last laugh, for now.

The difference is,  Brownlie has only played 2 and a half games and Fola has only started two and had a number of sub appeareces.

Any of our strikers in the top goalscorers charts?

Among the Promotion candidates:
Wycome: Easter 7, Mooney 6
Walsall: Butler 6, Keates 3
Lincoln: Stallard 6, Frecklington 4, Forrester 4
Franchise: McLeod 5, Platt 5
Swindon: Peacock 3, Roberts 2, Brownlie 2, Fola 1

Total goals
Wycombe: 16
Walsall: 20
Lincoln: 22
Franchise: 19
Swindon: 15

That says it all for me.

It says Wycombe have 1 more goal than us despite having 2 clear good goalscorers.

I'm not going to worry just yet, I'll do that when we don't score more or the same as the team we play against.  I just don't think we've been set-up as a team that will spank anyone.  We are a tough team to beat, able to grind results and from time to time we can do a little bit extra to get our noses in front.

Haivng a goalscorer would be a nice extra, yes, but we won't be getting anymore players this season.

I can see where you are all coming from, ~I had/have reservations about not having a prolific goalscorer.

But I think we can go up without one. I think Robert T has hit the nail on the head really. It's out style of play that leads to few goals, tough to beat, solid, with flashes of quality when needed.  I would rather have the traits above, win a lot  1-0, 2-1 ,  than a cavaliere lose a lot 4-3 but be uber-entertaining.

For me this season promotion is paramount. I don't care how we do it, as long as we do.
