After Richard Hammond's accident, the BBC and the politically correct brigade are trying to scrap Top Gear for being a bad influence and encouraging people to take risks.

Please do the right thing and sign this petition.

top gear do silly stuff. this is a terribly unfortunate accident, but thems the risks!!!

i mean top gear have always done silly stuff, and not really thought about it...

crashing the pick-up into a tree, and then getting bollocked by the council cos they thought the tree had been vandalised but realised after watching the programme it was Clarkson...

ragging the classic Jag, and causing lots of wear and tear, for which the owner tried to sue...

sinking a VW camper and toyboata in a loch...

top gear is a unique programme, in the fact its taken something thats seen as a largely male-dominated area and made it unisex, without the guys actually midning... my sisters (and even my mum occasionally) will sit and watch it, and not complain at all. even the Beeb bosses aint stupid enough to interfere with the show, its too important.

All they have done is suspend the new series.
Nowhere has it been said that they are scrapping it.

It will be back soon......Just as soon as the Hamster is fit and well and the hse have concluded their investigation. Beers
