Was a good game, we played fairly well, shame we couldnt win the game, we were abit unlucky with hitting the bar.
Fola did well, played better though when roberts and monkhouse came on, there was a period when we really piled on the pressure and should have scored.
It was a good atmosphere, i wonder how many swindon fans there were, looked like 800-1,000 to me.
Fairly happy with a point better than losing and we played much better than we did last saturday.
Just hope wise stays, i liked the chants of sack the board and we want carson out, also loved the theres only one bill power chant.

Apart from only about what sounded like 30 people were singing it for very brief periods ... sounded like nobody believed in what they were singing and everyone else could care less. Bizarre.

We had 689 there.
Drums should be banned from football matches. It's just cheating.

Drums should be banned from football matches. It's just cheating. Make that 690, I was in the Derek Pavis stand (with my county supporting grandad) a few rows behind the Swindon dugout. Didn't hear much from the Swindon fans at all. Wise got a lot of stick from the blokes around us, not the sort to take it lying down, he had a bit of a laugh with them...told someone he thinks they need glasses. Its bloody difficult trying to keep quiet when you score, I think only one person noticed that I was Swindon...had a bit of a go at full time, saying how he'd paid his £20 to watch County with County fans. I very nearly told him he'd been done as the most expensive tickets are £18, but thought better of it.

Ace From what I have read of Dennis Wise's views it seems we played ok even if not up to 100% still and the match report suggests we did have our chances. Obviously its disappointing to have slipped to 4th but a win at Wycombe would make things look a lot better all of a sudden. Long way to go and all that!

poor game not helped by horrendous refeering
lack of away noise was a shame, but the board related chants were terrible
i'm sure they're quivering at all 12 of you...

Good response from the players today and probably deserved the win. County looked spritely after their midweek exploits, but we were pretty solid at the back (Williams stood out particualrly), keeping their chances down to a minumum. Fola looks a right handful and took his goal well. Their equaliser (good header, top corner) seemed to fire us up for the remainder of the game, putting them under a lot of pressure at times and we really should of finished them off. How Peacock missed that chance i'll never know, really seems to lack that killer instinct in front of goal. Fola & Roberts to start on Tuesday for me.
Came away thinking that County would be the happiest with the draw, but a handy point nevertheless. Also good to see the players & Wisey showing their appreciation to the fans at the end. We weren't particularly vocal today - which surprised me a tad but forgiveable at the end of a tough week I suppose - but really felt like the team were making a point of thanking us for being there.
All in all not a bad day. Reports of our demise seem wide of the mark, time will tell of course, but all is not lost my friends. Swindon til we die!!

Their equaliser (good header, top corner) More like weak, unluckily parried by Brez into the bottom corner from what I saw on TV this morning

Turns out it was Fola's fault anyway, so clearly I was giving credit where it was not due :? The goal that wasn't, was at the right end for us Town fans however and although it was over in a flash, I didn't even question wether it had gone over the line or not. Time for a visit to Specsavers I fancy!
