first 20 mins of the second half we were all over them like a horrible rash but it didn't come to anything apart from Roberts hitting the post.

Our only shot on target was Brownlie's header in the 92nd minute, the sort of performance we were producing last season.

I know its a cliche but if we were still playing now, we still wouldn't have scored...even with the Peterborough team half way home.

Describes Roberts performance rather accurately.  Gave away a needless freekick which lead to the goal.  Nver looked at the races today.  I still think Town are short of a striker who can poach and snatch goals in the 6 yard area.  I know Wisey likes Roberts and Peacocks contribution to the team,  but we need them scoring goals.

That was even worse at times than last season.

Brezovan - Needs to look up before punting the ball down field.
Nicho - Did Ok, nothing amazing but quite solid.
Williams / Ifil - Handled most things well, kept Boro's chances to a minimum.
Shakes - Perfored well considering being out of position, stuck to the task could have pushed forward more but otherwise Ok.
Weston - Made some good runs early on but became invisible.
Evans - Solid performance, probably man of the match.
Ince - Needs to get fit, concered, is he an expensive mistake?
Caton - First poor performance in a Town shirt, lacked energy and pace.
Roberts - Looked like the Roberts of old, slow, disinterested, lacking any form of passion, poor attitude.
Peacock - Worked his balls off for little or no return, never really looked like threatening the goal.
Subs,
Brown - Poor touch, never really got into the game.
Onibuje - Worked hard, involved in every thing good during second half, deserves a start soon.
Brownlie - Never stood a chance with the long ball game being played when he came on.

I would not like to be at training on monday, I hope Dennis gives them the kicking they deserve.

Nicho - Did Ok, nothing amazing but quite solid. Huh??
Brown - Poor touch, never really got into the game. Huh?

Are you kidding? Nich was poor, out of position on numerous occasions, didnt help with caton playing dire in front of him.
Brown changed the game second half, looked good won balls and put some crosses in definitely should start ahead of caton next game.

Sorry, but I agree with Kev. Nicho was solid, did a job and got forward often.

Brown (who is supposedly 'better' than this league) proved his worth when he crashed a shot handsomely over the bar and into the TE.

People dont give Brown enough credit,  purely because of the situation at the beginning of the season. I think some peoples opinions are biased towards him, but realisticly he was one of the better players today, you only noticed him for the bad things he does instead of the good.

Bollocks was Brown any good. Waste of fucking space.

Onibuje for Roberts next week, unless he can promise not to make any more retarded tackles.

I can't remember one good cross that Brown put in today. You can't rate a winger good when he can't deliver crosses - just like Shakes.

Roberts is shit, we need a striker who will score on a regular bases and Shakes is not a RB, please stop playing him there Wise.

I don't remember any other crosses making any impact either to be fair. It's difficult for your wingers to get in the game though, when the balls constantly being punted 40ft in the air.

Thing is, there's little wrong with our back line. I think we missed Smith today (Shakes did a job today, but he's clearly not as good as smith there). It's the midfield & attack that were crap today. Evans was dissapointing today, for me.
