It was a stronger league that season so it's a weaker.. nah that doesn't work
or, it was a weaker league last season, no wait that can't mean anything either.
We're still to early on for it to mean anything, although you can't argue with it and it can only be a good thing.

I agree, in reality....all of the top 5 have as many or more points than the leaders did at this stage last season.
To me, it reads that the top teams have got better and the bottom teams have got worse....
