I bet they come back and win it now. Took a day off from Swindon duty to take the missus (Evertonian) to Goodison. Great, great atmosphere ... nice to see those cocky red shyte scum fall on their arses for a change!

Although Everton deserved to win I was shocked by how many easy chances Liverpool missed. Also the first 2 Everton goals should have been disallowed in my opinion. The first goal happened after a Liverpool defender was bundled over in his own penalty box ( Carragher I think?). Had that been at the other end and it being a striker that would have been a certain penalty. The second goal in the build up had Tim Cahill headlock another Liverpool player and pull him to the ground! Amazingly the ref did nothing! However it was Graham Poll, a ref who should have been demoted from the Prem after his poor World Cup exit. Can't fault the third goal other than Reina having a 'mare of a moment. You can't really read to much into the result though, i'd still expect to see Liverpool in the top three come end of season with Chelsea and Man Utd fighting for the top spot. Everton have had a good start and should be aiming for around 5th or 6th in the table. The team who are really shocking at the moment is Arsenal!

You got that right. You would expect him to be tired after two oustanding peformances for England.

I think outstanding is a bit much, even for you Ben Hardly, he scored 3 goals in 2 games and was our best player in both games.
