No. Strikes me as a natural centre back.
I'm not really getting the CCP - left back, Nicho -centre back thing. In fact its about the one thing Wisey has done that confuses me slightly

ccp looked lost at left-back on friday night. once ifil went off and he moved to centre-back, he looked far more assured and solid.

agreed the only thing that wise has done which has left me totally lost and confused. Nicho is no centre back, CCP is no left-back....i cant really work it out.

Good option at left back? What do we think people? Providing that Brown (If he plays) plays in the correct position as otherwise CCP ends up hoofing it as has no-one to distribute to.

Nicho's surprised me at centre back - has looked confident and assured of late agreed CCP looks a little lost at left back when he has the ball, he almost seems lost as to what to do with it...then he just hoofs it down the line....

on friday he looked a little lost when trying to get the ball back and under control, better in centre defence and was ok in centre midfield last season

Seemed to be trying too hard to impress early in the game. He would be expected to hit short simple balls to midfield and/or longer balls down the channels - which you call hoof balls.

Did King tell Matt Heywood to play the 'direct' ball into the channels?
