Paul Ince is on Sky Sports 1 at the mo (Soccer Extra) and from what has been said it sounds like its a done deal and he'll sign soon. He even said, when talking about Reyes wanting to go anywhere in Spain to leave Arsenal that, and I quote:
"He can COME to Swindon!" - suggesting he already considers himself part of the club!!
Lets hope its made official though ASAP!!
