whats the point in asking 'reg' ? he'll only do what you should do, look it up on a stats website. then he will claim it as his own wisdom

Are they right? Yep in 63/64 our first ever seasonn in the second flight we won our 1st six games....the 6th game was a 3-0 demolition of Man City in front of 28,173. at the CG.... If you've ever seen the Jon Boorman documentary 6 Days to Saturday, it features a week a bit later in that season, and is fucking fantastic.

is that the documentry that they fly to newcastle from south marston airfield, if it is that is one of the most interesting i have ever seen.
long before my time but at a period when we were always scalping bigger teams, that young side didnt fear anyone.
lets hope we can have a bit of a giant killing this year, away game then bring them back to the cg, full house, a bit of tv revenue, pay off some more debt.
i hope in my life time the club can become profitable again.

That's the one.....shooting pigeons in the TE....we mullered Orient 5-0 in the game that we'd been building up to in the week of the documentary, the away game with the plane was at Preston.

Six Days to Saturday is an absolute classic. It would surely be worth the club looking into getting the BBC to knock a few out for them to sell in the club shop I would have thought.
