Cunt! Granted distance might be a problem unless you've got a teleporter handy. I've got one in my study, don't you know...

Absolutely right my friend. Can get Blackthorn and Strongbow in some places, but its rare and expensive. Think I've got a strongbow chilling, might just have to....

Plumped for a Coors Light instead. Its shit, but its beer. A mate of mine brought a load round for a party and proceeded to drink all my nice beer, leaving me with loads of this shit. Revenge will be sweet though - chilli beer

Coors light does sound proper gay. Especially the light bit. Makes it sound like it's about 3.5%. Like a shitter version of carslberg.

Rednecks drink of choice. Walk into any bar and call 30 rednecks gay, and I hope you've got your running shoes on.
Still shit and very gay though, but if I drink enough of them...

How strong is it? One of my housemates when I was at uni took a year out at UCLA. The impression I got from her was that the Americans are a bunch of lightweights. She might have just being patriotic to make me happy, but she was a lightweight herself and I got the impression that she could hold her own, she did say that the drinking culture was different from what it is here though.

Like most american 'beer' it doesn't tell you on the bottle. IIRC its around 4%. The drinking culture is odd here, mainly because most people can't walk anywhere (i.e. the pub) and there's fuck all public transport unless you are in one of the really big cities. That said, my neighbour does a sound job at proving yanks aren't lightweights, and we're sampling some of the more tasty microbrews on offer. Strangely, due to his bad influence, I'm drinking more here than I ever was when living in the UK

Mental. Having to drive to pub's must really screw things up a bit. Although I suppose people must cope with living in the middle of nowhere here.
