Right then, tips accepted on how you go about making up for my efforts last night. Plucked up the courage to call her just now and and I have a lot work to do.

taking her out for a meal would be a good start. Try not to drink though Offer to do all housework for ages ( a couple of days constitutes ages in my book)

What about winning back her favour with a cardboard cut-out of the star of her choice? Or better yet, a cardboard cut-out of you she can throw stuff at/stab etc?

Reading this thread (and the one on L&P) has just made my very boring day. I'm so glad I'm not in your shoes right now pal. Although it does remind me of the night I chundered in the car on the way home from a night on the razz just two days before we were due to sell it - timing is everything. Flowers, chocolates and dinner wouldn't be a bad start, but if Mrs Rob is anything like Mrs coxernator, you won't be forgetting this incident too soon...
