I was quite looking forward to seeing him play tomorrow.......

Players seem to be picking up all sorts of injuries at the moment.

how pissed off must west ham be?

pointless friendly before the premiership starts, bang, he picks up an injury which is gonna rule him out for a fair while in training.

Me too....

On another note, I hope Defoe shows everyone what he can do after being left out of the Germany line up. I've never been his biggest fan however I want him to prove me wrong.

Defoe (if he ever gets a regular run, with a decent partner to play off of) will be a more potent force than any 'goalscorer' that's played for England in the pst 2 years.

Mark my words kids.
