Scored two and created two against Darlington this week for Boston and looks to be heading straight for the Darlington side to face us this week!

Despite knocking on a bit I'd imagine he'll prove a sturdy test for Ifil and Williams at this level and should give us a good measure how good we are at the back.

We know from recent encounters with Walsall and Bosston that JJ is more than a handful for our defence....just goes to show that Darlo are the big club in this league....don't think we could shell out six figures.

Didn't he also score against us in the 1994 play off final?

On the plus side Darlington have just lost their best central defender, making it both their 1st choice ones having left since last season and not replaced as yet.

I'm using Darlington fans terms by the way as I have no idea if they were any good or not, and even though one has gone to Hibs, you just never know.

Could it be a high scoring game?

Yep....don't think JJ likes us very much after that and red card at the CG earlier that season.  He certainly always seems well up for it when we turn up.

Indeed you never do know.....what for example possessed Strachan to shell 1.5 mill on Virgo?

The same kind of thinking that made him take Telfer i presume - the he's average in the English game, so he's good enough for the Scottish Prem thinking - generally seems to work as well.

Hes just the kind of striker Town need.  A seasoned campaigner who knows how to hit the back of the net at this level.  Hoping he doesnt play on Saturday, but if he does, then cest la vie

Joachim ripped us apart last season.

FA Cup first round replay: Boston 4 - 1 Swindon, Joachim scored 2 in the first half.

Back line of Jenkins, Seano, Jerel and Nicho couldn't cope. Seeing the highlights of Boston v Darlington today, Joachim is a nightmare to play against - he's better than League 2.

Best man mark him with Ifil, and play a back two of Williams and Nicho. Go for the draw.  :|

Our defence will need to be on the very top of its game to deal with Darlingtons strikeforce.

I can't see us getting anything up there.
