Haven't posted on this forum before but it seems to be one of the biggest around. I've just moved to Sydney which is going to make following the boys a whole lot more difficult! Still it sounds like the Hartlepool game was much less exciting on the sky sports website at 2 in the morning.

Was just wondering if there were any other Town fans in this neck of the woods?

There are a fair few of us in exile.

None down in Oz though, I don't think.

You have found our little hiding place! Believe me this is THE forum

As for the whole Oz thing, first of all my commiserations for being forced to move there, and secondly I am sure there will be plenty of people from the forum visiting Oz etc, especially during the Ashes

OK, you can have the prize for being the supporter farthest away  Wink

Having spent 18 months living in the USA, I can certainly say without doubt that I am missing STFC. I wasn't bothered too much last season, but the new era at the club has got me very excited (ooh err) and listening on the web just ain't quite the same. Still, only another 18 months to go and I'll be back permanently

I live in Wales.  Does this count as abroad?  If so I can happily claim to have lived abroad for four years and not missed a competitive home game.  I rock.

There should be border controls for Wales, so in my book yes you are abroad.  In fact you are lost in a hostile country and should seek repatriation as soon as possible.

Just got back from working in Sydney for a month. Didn't see any evidence of Swindon supporters though... although a surprisingly high number of people were interested in football.

Where are you based in Sydney?
