How we lost today, I'll never know; we were by far the better team but just didn't take our chances - if we had, we'd have been out of sight by half time. As it was, Evans made a mistake (one of many) that resulted in their goal.

Brentford are a lot weaker than last season, but still played some good football at times and I can't see them going down; they've got enough about them to stay up.

As for us, for the large part, I was happy with our performance; we looked to get the ball down on the deck more and play it. True, several passes went astray, but we played some good football and overall, we look quite a bit better than we did last season.

Our defence did well enough, but their communication was non existent at times and put us in trouble. Evans was poor all game; didn't collect one cross and Jackson's just far too slow - he's going to get slaughtered at this level I fear and should no way be our captain. Tierney looked decent until he had to go off, Barker made a few errors, but other than that was superb and Joseph was very, very good all game (should be captain). Coidy looked in very good nick as well when he came on; good to see him back.

Time to move on I rekon. Just makes us look like a sad bunch of cunts.

From what I saw yesterday theres absolutely no reason to be bitter.

If he was still here, he would definetly be 2nd choice to Brezovan easy.
