Orange Wednesdays so I'm off to the flix.

Is Superman Returns worth seeing?  Yes

Or should I submit to the missus' request (The Break-Up)   :shake:

Already seen Cars and Pirates...

What's Cars like?
It's made by the same people who did Finding Nemo isn't it?
I love that film

Cars is fairly good, typical Finding Nemo/Shrek type stuff...
It's a Pixar film and you know the comedy etc.

Missus and I reckon it's not as good as previous Pixar movies, but still good fun - one for DVD or Sky Movies, maybe not worth the cinema (unless you've got kids). You actually forget that you're watching 'Cars' after a while, they all have human personalities.

I've seen "The Break Up". It's ok actually. The ending is good (and not just because you get to leave the cinema!)

Doesn't The Break Up have a certain Jennifer Aniston in it? By george that woman smuggles peanuts. I probably wouldn't pay to watch it at the cinema though, so go for Superman Returns.

But if your missus is anything like mine, you'll be watching The Break Up.....

Aniston does look rather fine in it, but her one nude scene is "cleverly" shot, so you don't get to see anything  Crying

It was quite run-of-the-mill. But there is something about being in the cinema when the music kicks in - it's like being a kid again.

as hansgruber, says the music just takes you back to being a kid again. Which is probably why i enjoyed it.

The music is great and the first 5 minutes (ie the titles) are amazing. But after that a film sort of happens and there's no excitement. We just couldn't think of words to describe it it was just "Hmmp".
