I'm quite partial to the odd Stella/Strongbow snakebite session. Not something for regular consumption. Man stuff!

Agree with Barry.
Up my local a few people used to drink Strongbow, now every fucker's on the magners. The thing is we keep running out of the bottles, then they all complain.
Stick to the Guinness myself, come rain or shine Guinness does the job.
And whilst we're on it what's all this extra cold shit too? Extra cold carling/guinness/kronie, fucking hell, just get the stuff down ya.

The extra cold is so they can serve it to you at extra prices. Although I have to say extra cold guiness does taste just a little better than the normal serving (either will do mind).
I haven't had a lot of Guiness recently and reading this has given me a right thirst for the stuff. Shame all I have to hand is some pretend coffee stuff from the machine at work.
Cider and me just do not mix, at all.

Cold Guinness better than the original, are you mad? Nothing beats the real stuff.
The cold drinks hurt the back of my head, head chill, not nice.

Proper cider ie not smooth, not sweet but dry, is lovely. Magners is wee. Wee with ice. Ice does not hide the fact that it is wee. Also, when did a pint of anything require ice? Lets all dilute our pints, woohoo! Stupid.

The only decent cider, is the farm house scrumpy, you pick up in 3 litre barrels, that has the colour of piss after a night out on the town.
Two pints and you're fucked, that's the only decent stuff. The rest is fizzy chemical piss.

I think you'll find that's since I said so, Doore. Hope that clears it up. I always have a shot of meths as a chaser to make up for the intake of water.

It's domestic fuel  - the three times me and the missus have drunk it together we've had massive rows :fu: . Only one of us is allowed to drink it at a time now

cusquena, a peruvian effort, is a really smooth beer and a healthy 5%.
taste the difference "cologne style beer" was fruity and also tasty at 5%.
carlsberg elephant (on special offer, 8 bottles for £5.65) bridges the gap between carlsberg and special brew, 7.2% and goes down easy.
