what is the point of them??
im sat opposite a lady at work and fuck me can she eat.today i took it upon myself to monitor what she is eating as im concerned for her and im nice like that..
started off with.alpen bar good start i thought,then some toast,bag of choc raisins (big bag) pack of crisps,3 crusty rolls ,a peparami then 2 more rolls. the ice cream man arrived outside our work and she bought a magnum and she is now on her 2nd bottle of coke..she still has unopened crisps and sweets on her desk and she does not finish til 8 as she started at 11.30..
everytime i stand up i have to count my toes now
Ha ha, we've got one woman like this at work. On a normal day she eats:
Breakfast - cereal with milk
Crisps
Sandwich - brought from home
Bottle of Coke
Fruit Salad
Crisps
Bottle of Coke
Biscuits/Sweets
Bottle of Coke
Sandwich - from the shop at work
Crisps
And she's supposedly 'watching her weight'. Watching it grow more like.
that's insane.
i'd wager that i'm fatter and heavier than her, but my typical diet consists of:
breakfast - alpen or a banana
lunch - sandwich crisps at college or salad at home
tea - homecooked meal, often chicken or pasta
don't drink coffee, alcohol and haven't drank tea for awhile. don't drink soft drinks very often and usually either drink water, fruit squash or organic fruit juice. i eat plenty of fruit and veg. only time i'll eat burgers/fast food is if i'm at footy or down the pub, takeaway once a month at the most.
compared to these people's diets i feel quite good!
