the players have spent more time on the floor than on the pitch and why regardless if where the 'contact' is and I use that term loosly do players always hold one of their knees?

Drogba went down in the middle of the pitch with no one around?

what a bunch of whinging cunts...

the barca players are the worst. Marquez, Puyol and Motta are winging bastards. they crunch into tackles all through the game and someone makes contact on them they go down quicker than Jenna Jameson.

Am i correct in thinking you like Roma?

Gudjohnsen has been stretched off after a akward fall. He could of done his ankle or his knee in.

Was a good finish. I though he controlled the ball with his hand at first.

Good game that. Hell of a goal by Lampard. Just world class. I'd love it if Barcelona get knocked out in the group stages. Good to see Liverpool through too.

I hope Barca do go out. I loved that game.

I'm no Chelsea fan, but being English, i get as iinto English teams in the Champions League as i get into England in their games.

I love to see English teams beat and out play opposition who are "classier". Can't stand cunts who talk shit, like commentators, about how dazzling certain European teams are. Chelsea looked far classier than barca, yet any chelsea moments of magic are considered good, where as anything Barca et al do, it's moments of brilliance/magic/class...

Barca were average, yet a few moments will be spoken of as breathtaking. Réal, Juve, Milan, etc, all get spoken of in this way, but bring no extra class to the party. An English team looks more explosive and has all the creative flair and vision of the slower euorpean teams.

An English team will win The Champions League this year, i'm sure of it.

Oh, the reason for the rant is the fact that i have a mate whose favourite team is Barca... Is he spanish? No. So support the english teams you cunt. Smiley

Barca are a nice club to like, run by the fans, democratic, the no sponsorship deal they have going on (I presume the Unicef deal was an act of charity) and they stood up to the corrupt Franco supported Real Madrid in years gone by.

unicef will receive $1.9m for the barca sponsorship deal, that's quality. i quite like barca although i follow real madrid...

real's also controlled by the supporters though. you can't blame the club because franco jumped on their bandwagon either

Having recently read about them I'm a fan of Sociedad and bilbao, good basque history, fiercely proud. But whilst the notion of members and elections is great in Spain especially real and barca there is massive political bitterness and bias in some circumstances. These members cuse problems too though, very fickle even by fan standards, and loyalty only seems to extend to when the team is winning.  I like barca, but good to see them get the draw last night as they just about managed more hystrionics that Chelsea, and were taking the piss somewhat.
