From a Coventry supporter:-
Ady Williams, well he's I'd say a good vocal presence at the back, and will organise the defence pretty well. He was loved by the Reading fans but when he came here he was a little hit and miss. He was renowned for hoofing the ball a lot and didn't seem to settled on the ball.
Fairly tall and will no doubt pop up with the occasional goal from set-pieces. Must admit during Robert Page's absence he was playing his best football as a Coventry City player and impressed on loan at Millwall as well.
He should be a pretty good player in league two, and Wisey knows him from his spell here.
I wish him all the best anyway.

This will prob be one for Reg but is it true that Williams is the only player to have worn every squad number from 1 - 11 (when they only used to have 1-11)?

Yes, you never know, maybe, just maybe he will be quite good. Let's at least see him play once before slating him! :?

Well squad numbers came in about 93, when we got to the Prem. Williams in his Reading days seemed to have worn a fair few of the defensive numbers, but can't see any of evidence of a 1 or the higher numbers. Suppose he may have been an emergency keeper....why do you think he holds this record?
