i want to send some songs to my mobile for a ringtone, but want them to start at the chorus, is there anyone software you are aware of that i can download and edit tracks to start where  i want?

I use wavepad, was a free app, pretty shit, but does the job. Just dump an mp3 into it, cut it up, save as wav, use Freerip to make it into mp3 again, then send to your phone (I use geocities for that, then put the full address into my phone browser).

Kill me if that makes no sense, it does to me...
