fucking ace game just started playing it, but im up for fm tonight

hitman is cocking quality. but i'm a bit rubbish. i'm stuck on the rehab centre one... i know how to complete the mission, but i'm having trouble getting the guy in the basement's clothes and keycard without being seen...
