I bought a cd off ebay for £10 last monday and paid with paypal.
The seller is no longer a registered user. He has only two neg comments.
Has he been banned, cos he is no longer registered?
Anyone know?

I had an email from someone saying he would give me £50 + £10 p&p for my (slightly broken) PS2 if I ended the auction, which I did. He paid me the 60 via paypal (not through ebay) and I'm just wondering whether or not to send it to him. Because it was done outside ebay I can just say I sent it and theres nothing he can do about it. Although that would be a bit lame. Do you rekon I should send it or not?

He cant give me bad feedback because he didn't buy it through ebay. Feedback can only be left when the transaction is made through ebay. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is that he might be able to get my address/phone number and start pestering me. Although it's unlikely because he's from Yorkshire
