I went to last years 20-20 and am going tomorrow.  Last years was awesome.

Got pissed quckly as I still had 3 pints to drink when we skittled out the Aussies.  Had to neck them and get on the shuttle bus.

It helps living a few miles from the Rose Bowl mind.

The England football match on a big screen followed by the cricket.

Happy Days!!

i bet the shuttle bus home was a bit of bumpy ride. i bet that you felt a bit sick afterwards. i injured my foot bowling on wednesday evening in the heat. my mates see me as the freddie flintoff as the bowler. the big strong guy who can skittle out the opponents for a small score. i did bowl a lot of overs about 8 or 9 on a hard ground. it was really intense.

To be honest I don't remember much of the journey home.  That was the third tray of four pints I was on.

I've never played cricket to be honest, although I fancy having a go at being a wicket keeper, as I always play in goal I figured there are some similarities!

Do they see you as Flintoff because of the injured ankle?

No
they see me as the bowler who is strong a bit quick which i can be when i hit a the straps. they see me as the guy who does the workload. there are similarities from being a wicketkeeper and a goalkeeper.

The Twenty20 last year was fucking nuts, I fell to sleep and my mates got in a fight with Damien Martyn.
