last night i was proper tired.
came back from Circuit Training, had a shower and sat down with the Mrs to watch BB and within 2 mins i was asleep. Woke up as it finished and then went straight to bed about 10.
it was still light outside but i went straight to sleep and never moved until 6:30 this morning.
i haven't been to bed at that time in years. felt great

Sometimes being able to sleep is one of the greatest feelings,it so brilliant not waking up feeling tired.I find it hard to sleep a lot of the time,its even worse when its hot.
