i jsut had to drive home from swindon with nothing but sidelights or full beam. its fucking scary.

they must work if you can have full beam

I had the same thing with my old Ford Orion, turned out to be a loose connection on the stick. Get down the garage pronto!

Check the bulbs too. Even if there is only one bulb it can have two fillaments, one for dipped, one for main.
