if you can win the auction they can be transfered into your name (not sure at this short notice any more though) but the problem is ebay have banned them so it might be hard to win an auction.

our friends in america won some tickets and didnt want them so sold them to us (for stupidliy cheap hahaha dumbass yanks) and they just sent them back to fifa to get the new name. we did have to say we were relatives of them though.
