The football league will have to operate under the transfer window, starting next season. I assume this includes loan transfers?

I don't necessarily think its a bad idea, because it will force managers like King to concentrate more on developing your own players, then getting in short term loans.

   It will also mean you need to get your squad sorted, for seasons start, work with them and develop them, so again decent coaching is important.

  You then get an opportunity in Jan to sort out any weaknesses for the second half of the season......

also teams with more money (like hull for example) will not be able to exploit that fact as much until the transfer window. This means they will be just as exposed to injury problems as other teams
