ok i must admit the ashes did convince me its not as bad as i first thought.maybe the ashes later on this year will convince me even more.i think the reason im not to keen is because im a bit of a spastic at cricket

Ian Botham played for Scunthorpe United, but went on to be Englands greatest ever Cricketer. So theres one who made a good choice!

And as for cricketers who wish they were footballers, just Pietersen and Chad Keegan I rekon.

kp admitted before the last euros that he'd never followed football as a kid but his england a team mates had got him into it. back home he always played rugby and cricket. being a fellow saffie i imagine keegan is the same.
