Looks like they are just about to announce Mclaren as the next manager...if they do so you have to question the timing surely?
The man has worked wonders by getting 'boro to the uefa cup final and yet has to be distracted by a job he wont have until september?
Why is there a rush to announce it? Why dont they announce it after the season finishes?

the FA are pathetic!i wish they just appointed Maclaren in the first place if thats who they wanted. im not conviced by his appointment anyway! he's done well with Boro in cups this year but in their league campaign has been a disaster
