Sack him - Id like an experienced manager (i.e. Holloway) for a fresh new start at the club. I like iffy, but let him manage at a lower level for a bit, and it he is doing ok then bring him back!

Set up some sort of system where players not in the first eleven and maybe some of the better youngsters can play friendly games against other teams. Maybe on a weekday afternoon. Iffy can be in charge of that. Maybe helping out a more experienced main manager at the same time.

Basicly we need a manager which will be tough on their players and get team fit in any way neccasry. Looks like Iffy's being a bit soft on them as there are rumours they go out on the piss saturday nights regardless if the win, lose or draw. Until this happens the players will just do what they want.

I think it's important that pre-season goes well this year. It wasn't so long ago that Iffy was a player and should know the importance of a good pre-season.

Tactically I'm not sure we've got a manager in Iffy though, and despite what people may think, good tactics will be essential next year.

I say make him step down from management and get someone that has managed a team(s) for at least 5 seasons.

In that case, maybe we should appoint Adriaan Heijns

I say keep him. He needs a chance to build and organise his own squad, as he was fighting a downward spiral from day one.

Obviously if we're bottom at Christmas I think a change may be in order.
